Compound Strength & Conditioning
We are a Ruddington based facility specialising in providing a Strength and Conditioning training program within a one hour fully coached class format. In a typical training week with us you will be asked to regularly Push, Pull, Squat, Hinge, Sprint, Jump, Swing, Carry, Stretch, Laugh, Support each other, and most importantly HAVE FUN!
In addition to the Strength and Conditioning sessions the gym also runs a fully coached Olympic Weightlifting program for those who choose to specialise in the sport
